Meeting Structure
1. Opening and Personal Check-in (5 minutes)
- Objective: Establish rapport and ensure open lines of communication.
- Activities:
- Begin with sharing personal updates or good news to foster a relaxed and open environment.
- Discuss any relevant personal matters to strengthen the relationship and build trust.
2. Purpose Alignment (5 minutes)
